Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD. Unit 2 is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, bridge fishing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, shopping, bars, and many restaurants. This unit is a short 1 & 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach, and it faces Philadelphia Avenue for a perfect view from the entrance balcony.
Our 3-bedroom unit is located on two floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and all the amenities of home.
The 1st floor consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, & full bathroom with shower stall. The 2nd floor consists of 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom with shower stalls.
BED SIZES: 2 QUEEN BEDS, 1 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA
Our units have WIFI and smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom.
We own 2 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other, but have the added privacy of their own unit.
Unit 2 is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental during summer prime time weeks. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
There are 2 covered parking spaces under the unit. The clearance is 7 ft. 9 in.
Our units are non-smoking.
