PROPERTY DETAILS

 Located in the historical downtown area of Ocean City, MD.    Unit B  is centrally located and a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, harbor, amusement rides, fishing pier, bridge fishing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, shopping, bars, and many restaurants.  This unit is a short 2 & 1/2 blocks to the boardwalk & beach.

Our 4-bedroom unit is located on three floors and has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home.

The 1st floor consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, & 1/2 bath.  The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub/shower combo, and laundry.  The 3rd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and full-size master bath with shower stall.  Also, one bedroom on the 2nd floor and one bedroom on the 3rd floor have their own private balconies with bay view and beautiful sunsets.

BED SIZES:  3 QUEEN BEDS, 1 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK, 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA

Our units have WIFI and smart TV's in living room and each bedroom.

We own 3 units in this complex. This is ideal for multiple families and large groups who want to be close to each other but have the added privacy of their own unit.

We have a charcoal grill and picnic table at this location for those who enjoy barbequing.

Unit B is a Saturday-to-Saturday rentals during summer prime time weeks.  Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.

Our unit is pet friendly. Maximum of 2 pets. $40 per night per pet.   We have increased the pet fee due to repeated pet damages.  Must crate pet when left alone and at night. Pets are not allowed on our furniture, if this is a problem leave them at home. Please let me know what kind of pet you have, and how many pets you are bringing.

There are 2 covered parking spaces under the unit.  The clearance is 8 ft. 6 in.

Our units are non-smoking.
